How do I create a When I Say Maid Account?

Do you service my area?

When I Say Maid operates out of Dunedin, Fl serving the Tampa Bay area. From Holiday to Saint Petersburg, Clearwater Beach to Brandon.

What is included in a standard cleaning?

When I Say Maid provides a 50 point cleaning checklist, which is provided to the customer prior to cleaning both via e-mail and then in person. After the cleaning, we have our clients sign off that we met the expectations.

How much will it cost?

The quote from the home page is the price you pay. At When I Say Maid, we pride ourselves on pricing transparency and saving our customers’ time.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products and equipment?

We bring our own cleaning supplies to each and every booking. If you’re interested in green or eco-friendly cleaning products, we offer that as an order add.

Can I request special tasks or extras?

Within our online booking process you can select add-ons such as green cleaning supplies or a load of laundry. You may also request specific When I Say Maid team members to complete you cleaning services.

How do I claim my discount codes?

You can apply a discount code¬†to a future appointment by logging into your account and clicking your name in the top right hand corner. You can then select ‚Äúredeem voucher‚ÄĚ and enter your code. The system will automatically apply the code to your next appointment.

Can I trust my cleaning professionals?

When our clients welcome a When I Say Maid team member into their home, that is a privilege not taken lightly. Each one of our team members is put through a structured interview process, reference review and background check.

What happens if something goes wrong during my appointment?

When I Say Maid is licensed, bonded and insured. In the case that we fail to meet your expectations, we offer a 200% Money Back Guarantee.

What is a 200% money back guarantee?

200% Guarantee
Please note that refunds are not offered prior to a Re-Clean being accepted. A Re-Clean will only be completed within a 7 day window from your date of service, otherwise it will be considered denied. If expectations are not met after the Re-Clean you will be refunded your total purchase price.
